There are plenty of things to do near Camden, no matter what you are into. As stated, Camden Market is on the doorstep with over 1000 quirky art, fashion, music and street food stores.
Less than a five-minute walk from our student housing in Camden is the largest open space in the area, Castlehaven Community Park. This is the heart of the community and hosts a range of events, it’s also a great spot for a picnic on a sunny day.
Camden is also famous for its bars and nightlife, making it a fantastic place to choose your student accommodation in London. You can even stay over the summer in your Camden studio flat, so you don’t have to travel home. One of our favourite rooftop bars can be found in this area, it’s a beautiful place to relax on a summer night outside of term time.
The nearby Chalk Farm Road is known for its restaurants, so there are plenty of options for eating out. For example, Camden has some brilliant vegan restaurants to try, among other niche and quirky restaurants.
In terms of supermarkets, there are two which are less than a five-minute walk away.
With two nearby tube stations, the rest of London is within easy reach of our Camden accommodation. Chalk Farm Station is a little over a five-minute walk away; and Camden Road station is just a ten-minute walk. With these two tube stations in easy reach, and the stops nearby, you can explore London and reach your University buildings easily.
